Description
Full Description:
Armor Engine Restoration – Component 1: Foam Cleaner efficiently removes carbon deposits and other contaminants from various engine components such as the combustion chamber (piston crown, valves, piston top land), intake and exhaust valve seats (if open), turbochargers, EGR valve, and air intake system (intake manifold to intake valves).
Compatible with gasoline and diesel engines, it offers several benefits including improved engine performance and efficiency, reduced emissions, and potentially extended engine life by reducing wear from contaminants.Â
Applications:
Applicable to gasoline and diesel engines.
Consumption:
500ml treats 4-8 cylinders (depending on cylinder capacity) or 2-4 EGR valves, turbochargers, or intake systems.
Reaction Time: 15-20 minutes
Application Instructions:
Combustion Chamber Cleaning:
- Locate the injector or spark plug holes on the cylinder head.
- Remove the injector/spark plug.
- Insert the foam cleaner probe into the opening.
- Spray the foam cleaner for up to 5 seconds per chamber (avoid overdosing).
- Let the foam sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Use a neutralizer to dissolve the cleaner (refer to specific instructions for the neutralizer product).
- Extract the resulting emulsion with a Carbon X Extractor (refer to specific tool instructions).
- Reinstall the injector/spark plug.
- Run the engine at idle for short periods to remove residual cleaner.
EGR, Turbocharger, and Intake Manifold Cleaning:
- Open the intake manifold or disconnect inlet/outlet lines from the turbocharger or EGR valve (depending on accessibility).
- Spray the foam cleaner on all areas within reach.
- Let the foam sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Reassemble the parts (if disassembled).
- Allow at least 20 minutes after assembly before running the engine.
Packaging Size:
500ml
